Kim Chatel’s Photo Gallery
Kim Chatel’s Photo Gallery

I joined my first photography club when I was eight years old. Back then we used black and white film and developed it ourselves in a darkroom. Later, in high school, I spent every afternoon in the darkroom creating pictures for the school’s yearbook. I was hooked on this wonderful art. Since then, I sold cameras for fifteen years and even owned a photo lab for a couple of years.
My love for photography appears in both my adult fiction and picture books. In A Talent for Quiet, a shy girl named Reanie, finds her voice through photography. Here are some albums of my photography. I love to take pictures of animals and nature. I hope you’ll enjoy them.
Many of my photos for sales at my portfolio on iStockphoto.
